Bread slices dipped in egg and shallow fried

Serves 4 people
Great for breakfast and cooked in jiffy.
- 10 slices of bread.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 tsp pepper powder.
- Ghee for shallow frying
- Beat eggs in a bowl till fluffy, add salt and pepper.
- Heat pan (nonstick would be better)
- Add 1 tsp of ghee, dip bread slice in egg and shallow fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Finish remaining slices same way.
- You can fry at least 2 slices of bread in 1 tsp of ghee.
- Serve hot with tea.
